  1. ACCESSES is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge
  2. to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your
  3. friends, and copy to bulletin boards, but do not give it away
  4. altered or as part of another system. The  original ZIP file
  5. must not be modified.

  7. DEFINITION OF SHAREWARE

  9. Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software
  10. before buying it. If you try a Shareware program and continue
  11. using it, you are expected to register. OFF THE WALL SOFTWARE,
  12. (Theodore F. Wall) requires you to register this application
  13. after you continue to use ACCESSES for a maximum of 30 days.
  14. With registration, you get the right to use ACCESSES without
  15. the "Please Register Screens", and the right to update to
  16. future versions of ACCESSES in the Windows 3.0 or 3.1
  17. environment.  Major upgrades to Windows that require a
  18. significant change to ACCESSES may require an additional
  19. nominal registration fee to current ACCESSES registration
  20. holders if they want to use the major upgrade version.

  22. Shareware has the ultimate money-back guarantee -- if you
  23. don't use the product, you don't pay for it.

  25. If you find this program useful and find that you are using
  26. ACCESSES and continue to use ACCESSES after a reasonable trial
  27. period of no more than 30 days, then you must make a
  28. registration payment of $29 to OFF THE WALL SOFTWARE.  The $29
  29. registration fee will license one copy for use on any one
  30. computer at any one time.  You must treat this software just like
  31. a book.  An example is that this software may be used by any
  32. number of people and may be freely moved from one computer
  33. location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it
  34. being used at one location while it's being used at another.
  35. Just as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the
  36. same time.

  38. Anyone distributing ACCESSES for any kind of remuneration must
  39. first contact OFF THE WALL SOFTWARE at the address below for
  40. authorization.  This authorization will be automatically
  41. granted to distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to
  42. its guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors
  43. may begin offering ACCESSES immediately (However OFF THE WALL
  44. SOFTWARE must still be advised so that the distributor can be
  45. kept up-to-date with the latest version of ACCESSES.).
